Parents

As parents, we have a tremendous responsibility to provide our children with the highest quality education possible. Taking an active role in our children’s school is an integral part of that responsibility. Providence Hebrew Day School believes strongly in open communication between the school and parents and, indeed, welcomes and values this partnership.

The PTF presidium, which consists of six parents and community members, strives to realize this goal by sponsoring programs that address the educational, social and religious needs of the school. The PTF promotes communication among all divisions of Providence Hebrew Day School and works with the school in its constant effort to improve and grow.

Through its multi-faceted programming, communication and fundraising efforts, PTF is a dynamic, enjoyable and deeply gratifying volunteer experience. PTF welcomes parent involvement in the school and embraces the parents’ support and assistance. PTF would love to hear from you with ideas, comments, or questions.
